Accomplices in Markushyn’s schemes are trying to evade criminal liability

The head of the land department of the executive committee of the Irpin City Council, Anastasia Cherkas, is directly instructing executive committee employees to submit appeals to the NACP.

In doing so, Anastasia Cherkas is attempting to help participants in the salary scheme evade criminal liability.

As of today, the NACP has already been informed about the attempt to influence the course of the pre-trial investigation.

This is yet another example of witness intimidation. Cherkas, exceeding her authority, is issuing direct orders to multiple witnesses who have provided testimonies in one or more of the 18 criminal cases involving Markushyn.

These communications will be handed over to law enforcement authorities to be added to the criminal proceedings.
