he company “VIDVAZHNYKH” has officially refuted claims about the potential demolition of the “RIVER PORT” residential complex and the “Central” market in Irpin. The company states that the misinformation was spread due to Irpin Mayor Oleksandr Markushyn allegedly demanding two apartments in exchange for not creating problems with the development.
According to the company’s statement, “Currently, the materials have been handed over to law enforcement agencies. This will be one of the 10 criminal cases in which Mr. Markushyn is involved. We emphasize that the majority of the permits for the construction of the ‘RIVER PORT’ residential complex and the ‘Central’ market in Irpin were issued by Mayor Oleksandr Markushyn himself. The company officially states: the ongoing construction of the ‘RIVER PORT’ complex is taking place on the land plot with cadastral number 3210900000:01:156:3279. The information regarding the court ban applies to a different plot with cadastral number 3210900000:01:156:0002, which has no connection to our project. ‘VIDVAZHNYKH’ holds all necessary permits for construction, and there are no court bans or restrictions on the construction. The ‘RIVER PORT’ residential complex and the ‘Central’ market are being built according to the approved schedule, and we guarantee the timely delivery of the complex.”
“Since 2010, ‘VIDVAZHNYKH’ has successfully completed over 20 residential complexes, where more than 10,000 people live. We always uphold high construction standards and fulfill our obligations to investors. We urge everyone not to be misled by manipulations and to verify the facts. ‘VIDVAZHNYKH’ continues working on creating modern and comfortable housing in Irpin. All the facts presented in publications by certain media outlets and fake newsmakers will be officially refuted in court,” the statement concludes.
