Irpin’s Black Registrar Illegally Added Sakharuk to the Register

State Registrar of the Executive Committee of the Irpin City Council, Tetiana Bondarchuk, illegally registered Oleksandr Sakharuk as the Head of Borodyanka Village Council. A corresponding statement regarding the commission of a criminal offense has already been submitted to law enforcement authorities.

A previous attempt to unlawfully register Sakharuk ended with the Ministry of Justice blocking access to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs, and Public Organizations for Boryslav Lozinskyi, a state registrar of the Bucha City Council, on December 16, 2024. Criminal proceedings have been opened in this case, and Lozinskyi’s actions are being investigated by law enforcement.

Tetiana Bondarchuk, the state registrar of the Irpin City Council, carried out the illegal registration of Oleksandr Sakharuk under the direct instruction of Irpin Mayor Oleksandr Markushyn. Markushyn’s former father-in-law, Oleksandr Badrudinov, owns an illegal landfill in Borodyanka.

For Badrudinov, reinstating Sakharuk is crucial to continue illegally using Borodyanka community land for the operation of his environmentally hazardous landfill. During Sakharuk’s tenure, Badrudinov’s landfill did not contribute a single penny to the budget.

Alongside Badrudinov, criminal figures from Hostomel, Oleksandr Ivanov and Serhiy Voznyi, are also interested in Sakharuk’s reinstatement.

As evidenced by screenshots from Oleksandr Badrudinov’s Facebook page, he sharply criticized Sakharuk a year ago for his incompetence and inaction in rebuilding Borodyanka. However, they managed to come to an agreement regarding shadowy corruption schemes related to the landfill.

Oleksandr Badrudinov’s son, Serhiy Badrudinov, a former deputy head of the Borodyanka District State Administration, fled to Poland following the full-scale invasion. Serhiy Badrudinov’s companies are closely linked to Russia.

Previously, the Irpin state registrar, under instructions from Irpin Mayor Oleksandr Markushyn, illegally entered lawyers representing the IMR executive committee into the register, despite this decision not being supported by the city council deputies.
