Ivan Kipish has once again become the Chief Architect of the Irpin community. A corresponding order was issued by Oleksandr Markushyn.
Previously, Ivan Kipish had been suspended from his position pending an internal investigation. Later, he submitted a letter of resignation.
It should be recalled that Ivan Kipish headed the Urban Planning and Architecture Department of the Irpin City Council in May 2024. In January 2025, he was accused of issuing a number of illegal urban planning conditions and restrictions, in particular concerning construction near the Krynychka nature reserve and the erection of high-rise buildings in the city’s private residential areas. He also issued urban planning conditions for the construction of a water park near the city embankment, which was criticized by local activists, including Natalia Vasylenko.
