Oleksandr Pashchynskyi on Ineffective Management of Staff and Salaries in the Irpin City Council Executive Committee

by Editor

On September 24, a lively discussion took place during the budget commission meeting of the Irpin City Council regarding the salaries and staffing of the executive committee. Six months ago, inflated salaries within the council were exposed.

In April, city council deputies voted to reduce the executive committee’s salary fund by 11 million UAH for the remainder of the year. However, this decision did not impact the salaries of certain employees, who continue to receive 80,000, 100,000, 120,000, or more UAH monthly.

Now, the executive committee has exhausted its salary fund and has requested an additional 19 million UAH to cover wages until the end of the year.

Who is responsible for the shortage of funds for salary payments? Find the answer in the words of Irpin City Council deputy and budget commission member Oleksandr Pashchynskyi.
