The Odesa District Administrative Court refused to open administrative proceedings and returned the statement of claim to the former head of the land department of the Irpin City Council Anastasia Cherkasy.
According to the decision, in July of this year, Cherkas filed a lawsuit in which she asked to recognize and cancel a number of orders from the acting mayor of Irpin, Angela Makeeva, as illegal:
— on changes in the structure of executive bodies;
— on conducting an official investigation and suspension from exercising powers in office;
— about the dismissal of A.V. Cherkas from the position held for absenteeism without good reason.
Cherkas also demanded to reinstate her in office and to collect wages from the executive committee of the IMR for the period of forced absenteeism.
All these demands of Anastasia Cherkasy were not satisfied by the court.
