Recently, the number of casualties among military personnel and civilians has increased due to the desire of politicians to pro-pro-pro pro-pro to- the announcement of such events. In particular, the former mayor of Irpin, who is trying to “stick” to any informational occasions, publicly announced the holding of the Donor Day with the participation of military personnel at the Irpin City Polyclinic. Because of this, the organizers were forced to immediately cancel the collection of blood for the military, so as not to expose people to the danger of enemy shelling.

On September 15, Markushin publicly announced that Donor Day would be held in Irpin with the participation of soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The Blood Center and the management of the Irpin hospital were forced to cancel this event.
“We were really preparing the Donor’s Day, in which the military was supposed to take part. It should have been a completely closed event. The reasons are clear to all adults. And even children. The days and time of the event were not finally determined. Therefore, the information that was thoughtlessly disseminated is not only false, but also endangered civilians and the military. I can say with confidence: there will be no events with the participation of the military on September 18-19 in our hospital. I ask all media and Telegram channels to delete the widespread announcements,” Anton Dovgopol, director of the Irpin Central Hospital, commented to ITV journalists.
It is not surprising that the ex-mayor of Irpin Markushin has a long-standingpro-Russian trace. In particular, his roommate and PR consultant Taisiya Yusupova has been coordinating the information policy of the Irpin Executive Committee for several years, conducting media campaigns to discretize Ukrainian culture, has connections with persons associated with Russia, including a translator who cooperates with the British-Russian Society; and is also involved in financial schemes that raise doubts about transparency, and information resources with a pro-Russian bias.
Markushin is a defendant in dozens of criminal proceedings of the National Police, the Bucha Prosecutor’s Office, and the SBI. The cases relate to kidnapping, the appropriation of budget funds, salary schemes, fraud with share participation, withdrawal of funds to related companies. In particular, Markushyn is suspected of stealing humanitarian aid from the Armed Forces of Ukraine – 5 Infinity cars and organizing a scheme to displace land and communal property premises – a boiler room in the center of Irpin. Both proceedings are also currently being investigated by law enforcement officers
